A Technology Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of a company’s Technology. It is conducted to identify areas of improvement, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and potential risks. Our technology assessment engagements usually take 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of your technology, number of stakeholders, and the impact on your team involved.

 Interviews will be conducted with program administrators and the appropriate parties to better understand the  technology (infrastructure, applications, etc.)  and to ensure a comprehensive assessment is conducted and all data is collected.

An evaluation of the existing technology to determine strategic alignment and it’s ability to support current and future business requirements. Technology  Assessment template(s) will be provided and the inputs will be used to perform a health check of the overall environment.
