I am deeply honored to be named one of the Top 50 Milwaukee Women Leaders of 2026 by the Milwaukee Women Leaders Organization. To be recognized among such an extraordinary cohort of women — leaders whose vision, tenacity, and generosity are reshaping this city — is profoundly humbling. Every one of them exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose.
This recognition is not mine alone. It belongs to the clients who have entrusted Leaders Leaving Legacies, LLC with their most consequential work, to the colleagues and collaborators who sharpen me, and to my family and mentors whose steadfast support has made this journey possible.
At Leaders Leaving Legacies, we believe that true leadership is measured by what endures after us. I intend to honor this distinction by continuing to invest in the leaders who will carry that mission forward.
